Excision vs. Mohs

Standard excision works well for low-risk BCC and SCC on the trunk and extremities. Mohs is preferred for face, recurrent, or aggressive tumors.

Recovery

Most excisions heal in 2–4 weeks. Sutures removed at 7–14 days depending on location.
