Program overview

Miami Skin Center, LLC ("Miami Skin Center," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Miami Skin Center SMS Program to communicate with patients and prospective patients about scheduling, waitlist updates, appointment confirmations, missed-call follow-ups, and responses to inquiries you send us. By opting in to receive text messages from Miami Skin Center, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Program name and description

Program name: Miami Skin Center SMS Program. We send transactional, patient-care-related text messages only — not unsolicited marketing blasts. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with our practice (typically a few messages per inquiry or appointment).

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Miami Skin Center does not charge you for receiving SMS messages, but your carrier may.

How you opt in

• You text our practice phone number first, initiating a conversation.
• You submit our website contact form or webchat widget and agree to receive SMS replies.
• You call our practice line and we send a missed-call follow-up text to the number you called from.
• You provide your mobile number in person or by phone to join our waitlist or receive appointment-related messages.
• You text an opt-in keyword such as START, SUBSCRIBE, or YES to our practice number, if offered.

How to opt out and get help

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to any message from Miami Skin Center to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS from this program unless you opt in again. Text HELP for help or contact us at the phone number or email below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message content

Messages may include practice information, waitlist and opening updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling links to miamiskincenters.com, and our practice phone number (305) 615-5504.
